Single Flow by Daniel
Canogar, ARCO 2012
Water, re-used
washbasin, faucet, pump, projector, SD card, 3:00 min.video projection loop.
Dimensions: 62 x 200
x 46 cm.
Single Flow is an
installation composed of a re-used sanitary equipment, arranged so that water
runs through it, gently and sonorously, in a circuit, creating a kind of
fountain. Human figures are projected into the equipment, enjoying, and at the
same time, are being swept along seemingly against their will by current.
Asalto by Daniel Canogar
ARCO 2012
A video installation using methods of public
intervention, this project symbolically releases fantasies of overcoming
imposed obstacles in life, while engaging individuals as both participants and
spectators. People of different ages and genders are projected so that they
appear to be climbing the building under imagined narrations or circumstances.

Urbanscreen, JUMP!,
Bremen, Germany, 2007
The
project “Jump” is focusing on mapped video projection with a strict reference
to architectural structure. The house front has been rebuilt in a studio
setting with a proportion of 1:1,4. The setup becomes a stage for artists and
performers. Later the captured video content is projected on the building. http://www.urbanscreen.com/

Peter
Campus, 1973, Three transition, 4:53 min.
In Three
Transitions, Campus presents three introspective self-portraits that
incorporate his dry humor. He begins with an image created by two cameras
facing opposite sides of a paper wall and filming simultaneously. His back to
one camera, Campus cuts through the paper. In the double image, it appears as
if he is cutting through his back, which is both disconcerting and
tongue-in-cheek. Campus then uses the "chroma–key effect" of
superimposing one video image onto a similarly colored area of another image. […]
